



Hi, I’m Erika! After 14 fulfilling years in C-Suite Operations at a national medical consulting firm, I’ve retired from the corporate world to focus on something that’s long been a passion of mine—creating welcoming, thoughtfully designed rental homes for professionals on the move.
Today, I manage a collection of 12 rental properties in San Antonio and Boerne, Texas. These homes are tailored with care for medical and traveling professionals who need a comfortable, peaceful space to rest and recharge after long shifts and busy schedules. Coming from a medical family myself, I understand how important it is to feel truly at home—even when you’re on assignment.
I bring with me a background in leadership, staff development, and operations management, and I’ve channeled that experience into building rental experiences that are seamless, reliable, and just a bit elevated. I believe the little things—like thoughtful touches, responsive service, and flexible support—make the biggest difference.
I’m also a lifelong animal lover with four dogs, a cat, and even a Sulcata tortoise. So yes, your well-behaved fur babies are more than welcome!

Our Friendly In-House Handyman Joe has been part of our team since the purchase of our very first rental property, and he continues to play a vital role in keeping our homes in top shape. As our trusted in-house handyman, Joe handles most property maintenance and repairs with the same level of care and attention he would give his own home. Originally from New Jersey, Joe moved to San Antonio several years ago and proudly calls Texas home. He brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to the table, currently working in the accounting department at a local bank during the day. But his skills go far beyond the office—Joe wears many hats and continues to shine in his role as a hands-on property expert. From the time he could walk, Joe was helping out around the house—mixing concrete, installing outlets, replacing light fixtures, and everything in between. Back in New Jersey, he purchased his own home and, with his father’s help, tackled major renovations including laying new flooring, redoing a bathroom, rewiring electrical systems, and re-sheet rocking most of the house. Joe is passionate about maintaining our properties and ensuring they meet the high standards we set as a company. He’s currently working toward becoming a licensed home inspector, a next step that perfectly aligns with his experience and dedication. If you see Joe around, don’t hesitate to say hello or ask questions. He’s always happy to explain what he’s working on, point out things to keep an eye on, and help our renters feel informed and comfortable. We believe our renters deserve not only well-maintained homes but also friendly, trustworthy people who care for them.
