Our Friendly In-House Handyman Joe has been part of our team since the purchase of our very first rental property, and he continues to play a vital role in keeping our homes in top shape. As our trusted in-house handyman, Joe handles most property maintenance and repairs with the same level of care and attention he would give his own home. Originally from New Jersey, Joe moved to San Antonio several years ago and proudly calls Texas home. He brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to the table, currently working in the accounting department at a local bank during the day. But his skills go far beyond the office—Joe wears many hats and continues to shine in his role as a hands-on property expert. From the time he could walk, Joe was helping out around the house—mixing concrete, installing outlets, replacing light fixtures, and everything in between. Back in New Jersey, he purchased his own home and, with his father’s help, tackled major renovations including laying new flooring, redoing a bathroom, rewiring electrical systems, and re-sheet rocking most of the house. Joe is passionate about maintaining our properties and ensuring they meet the high standards we set as a company. He’s currently working toward becoming a licensed home inspector, a next step that perfectly aligns with his experience and dedication.
